Úmrtí člena Učené společnosti prof. Josefa Kouteckého

5. 7. 2019 zemřel ve věku 88 let zakládající člen Učené společnosti prof. Josef Koutecký, významný lékař, zakladatel oboru dětské onkologie u nás. Obor založil v roce 1964, samostatné oddělení dětské onkologie pak vzniklo v roce 1978 v pražské Fakultní nemocnici v Motole.

Úmrtí člena Učené společnosti doc. PhDr. Slavomila Vencla, DrSc.

23. června 2019 zemřel po dlouhé nemoci ve věku 82 let člen Učené společnosti doc. PhDr. Slavomil Vencl, DrSc., český archeolog. Jeho původní specializací byl neolit a eneolit, především kamenná industrie těchto období, posléze však se věnoval období paleolitu a mezolitu.

Úmrtí Ing. Jana Pardona, CSc.

15. června 2019 zemřel po těžké nemoci ve věku 80 let Ing. Jan Pardon, CSc., podnikatel, který po mnoho let zařizoval sponzorské dary firmy PRO.MED.CS. Praha, a.s. pro Učenou společnost. Čest jeho památce.
